new ideas

A bit late, but thank you to everyone in Vancouver for their hospitality -- really enjoyed my visit. The event photos aren't uploaded yet so hopefully they'll be ready by my next post.


For anyone who's interested in how I come up with (most of the) titles for my paintings, below is a concise explanation:

    Love your attention to detail in both images! Especially with the girl laying down between the houses, absolutely adore the birds on her knees. :)

  10. Thanks for all the comments! Yeah, the first sketch is coming along pretty nicely. I'm 70% finished with it and hopefully, I don't run into any painting issues. Guess we'll see when it's done for the solo in July.
